For clients across the state of Georgia, appointments can usually be scheduled within one month, and occasionally within the same week depending on availability.​

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
For Metro Atlanta, please allow up to one week for scheduling.
For statewide Georgia projects, allow up to one month of lead time.
Advance notice helps ensure your preferred dates and smooth project coordination.

When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of the installation.
If a follow-up visit is required, a daily rate will be calculated.
For large-scale or non-residential projects, an invoice will be issued with a specified due date.

What types of items can you hang besides artwork?
Beyond artwork, Hook & Nail installs:
Shelving, mirrors, whiteboards, platters, plates, and bowls; anti-tip furniture hardware; wall-mounted headboards; sconces; wall hooks; bathroom fixtures; decorative cabinetry, and more.
If it belongs on a wall, chances are — I can hang it.

Do I need to provide hardware, or do you supply it?
Standard D-ring, hook, and nail hardware is included for items under 75 pounds.
For specialty items — such as heavy mirrors or pieces with custom cleating systems — please provide any manufacturer-supplied hardware when possible.
